Archipelago Trade Co. ("we", "us") provides FF&E procurement services for commercial developments. This policy explains what personal information we collect through archipelagotradeco.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

When you request our lookbook we ask for your name, company, email address, project type and, optionally, your project timeline. We also use analytics and marketing tools (Vercel Analytics, HubSpot and Apollo) that collect standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and device information, some of which relies on cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

• To send you the lookbook you requested and respond to enquiries.
• To follow up about your project where you have expressed interest.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Where it is stored

Lookbook requests are stored securely with our hosting provider (Vercel) and transactional email is delivered via Resend. Contact details may also be held in our CRM (HubSpot). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep lookbook request details for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective business relationship. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@archipelagotradeco.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights.
